スターツプロシード投資法人が、第27期（2019年4月期）決算を発表した。 第27期は「プロシードせんげん台」を売却。稼働率上昇に伴う賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益25百万円が寄与し、前期比4％増益。また自己投資口の取得を実施し、投資口数が1.2％減少。これにより1口当たり分配金は4,638円と前期比5.2％増となった。また運用ガイドラインを変更し、スポンサーであるスターツの開発物件（ホテルや商業施設等を含む）を投資対象に追加した。 期末のポートフォリオは106物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は861億円、有利子負債比率は51.1％。 第28期（2019年10月期）は、非繁忙期に伴う減収や前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比4.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,420円となる見通し。 第29期（2020年4月期）1口当たり分配金も4,420円となる見通し。
