スターツプロシード投資法人が、第26期（2018年10月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は「プロシード市川妙典Ⅱ」を取得。これにより賃貸収益が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比5.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は4,410円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは107物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は863億円、有利子負債比率は50.7％。 第27期（2019年4月期）は、繁忙期により増収を見込む一方、投資主総会費用発生により、前期比0.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,400円となる見通し。 第28期（2019年10月期）は、非繁忙期による減収を見込み、前期予想比0.9％減益、1口当たり分配金は4,360円となる見通し。 なお、2019年1月開催予定の投資主総会における議案承認を条件に、投資対象を一部拡大することを発表した。資産運用会社であるスターツアセットマネジメントは、REITの運用の他にスポンサーのスターツグループからの開発案件等のコンサルティング業務を兼業している。これらの事業による開発物件（ホテルや商業施設等を含む）をポートフォリオの25％以内で投資対象に組み入れる。
