スターツプロシード投資法人が、第24期（平成29年10月期）決算を発表した。 第24期は「プロシード大濠公園」等レジデンス7物件を売却。これにより売却益220百万円が寄与し、前期比13.9％増益。99百万円を内部留保するが、1口当たり分配金は4,624円と前期を5.2％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは104物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は804億円、有利子負債比率は48.9％。 第25期（平成30年4月期）は「プロシード錦糸町」等5物件を取得する一方、「プロシード箱崎宮Ⅱ」等3物件を売却。賃貸収入は増加するが、物件売却益が減少するため、前期比7.6％減益を見込む。内部留保を行わず、1口当たり分配金は4,630円と前期を0.1％上回る見通し。 第26期（平成30年10月期）は、物件売却益がなくなることや非繁忙期であるため、前期予想比6.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,320円となる見通し。 資産規模1,000億円の早期達成を目指し、スポンサーであるスターツグループとの連携を強化し、ホテルやサービスアパートメント、高齢者施設の組入れも検討する。
