スターツプロシード投資法人が、第23期（平成29年4月期）決算を発表した。 第23期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「プロシード新横浜」等16物件を取得する一方、2物件を売却。賃貸収益の増加により、前期比54.6％増益。投資口数が47.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,397円と前期を4.6％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは111物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は820億円、有利子負債比率は48.9％。 第24期（平成29年10月期）は、非繁忙期による減収や、固都税の増加等により、前期比5.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,150円となる見通し。 第25期（平成30年4月期）は、繁忙期による増収や、支払利息等の減少により、前期予想比1.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,200円となる見通し。
