スターツプロシード投資法人が、第22期（平成28年10月期）決算を発表した。 第22期は「プロシード葛西2」を取得。支払利息や融資手数料の減少が寄与し、前期比2.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は4,204円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは97物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は578億円、有利子負債比率は48.4％。 第23期（平成29年4月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス15物件（取得額計240億円）を取得し、資産規模が41.7％増の819億円となった。これに伴い前期比47.7％増益、投資口数47.8％増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,200円と前期と同水準を見込む。 第24期（平成29年10月期）は、固都税の増加等により、前期予想比1.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,150円となる見通し。
