スターツプロシード投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2年ぶり。 発行口数は83,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は8,300口。これにより発行後の投資口数は47.8％増の256,777口となる予定。調達額は約130億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「プロシード新横浜」等、レジデンス15物件。取得額は計240億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は41.6％増の819億円となる。 これらに伴い、第23期（平成29年4月期）業績予想を修正。15物件の収益が寄与し、6月に公表した業績予想に対し50.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,200円と1.9％上回る見通し。 併せて第24期（平成29年10月期）業績予想を公表。固都税の増加等により、前期予想比1.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,150円となる見通し。
