スターツプロシード投資法人が、第20期（平成27年10月期）決算を発表した。第20期における物件取得はなし。非繁忙期による賃貸事業収入の減少、また固都税及び消費税差額損の増加等により、前期比3.5％減益、1口当たり分配金は4,035円となった。期末のポートフォリオは96棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は571億円、有利子負債比率は48.6％。第21期（平成28年4月期）は、繁忙期につき前期比0.9％増収を見込むが、修繕費の増加等により前期比0.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,030円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成28年10月期）1口当たり分配金も4,030円となる見通し。
