スターツプロシード投資法人が第19期（平成27年4月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、プロシード新瑞橋等レジデンス7棟を取得。これにより前期比24.4％増益。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,182円と前期を3.8％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは96棟、資産規模（取得額計）は571億円、有利子負債比率は48.6％。第20期（平成27年10月期）は、固都税の増加及び消費税差額損の増加により、前期比3.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,020円となる見通し。続く第21期（平成28年4月期）1口当たり分配金は4,030円となる見通し。
