スターツプロシード投資法人が第16期（平成25年10月期）決算を発表した。第16期は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス11棟を取得した。これにより前期比43%増益、投資口数が34%増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,356円と前期を7%上回った。期末の有利子負債比率48.5%。第17期（平成26年4月期）は、季節変動の影響から賃貸費用の増加を見込み、前期比4.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,150円となる見通し。続く第18期（平成26年10月期）は消費税増税、固都税増を見込み、前期予想比3.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,010円となる見通し。
