スターツプロシード投資法人が第15期（平成25年4月期）決算を発表した。第15期における物件取得はなし。支払利息の減少等により前期比1.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,066円となった。第16期（平成25年10月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行、12棟取得を行った。これにより前期比42%増益、投資口数が34%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,300円と5.8%増加する見通し。続く第17期（平成26年4月期）1口当たり分配金は4,150円となる見通し。
