スターツプロシード投資法人（SPIC）が投資口の追加発行を行う。SPICの増資は2007年11月以来5年半ぶり。発行口数は37,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,700口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は34%増の144,977口となる見通し。調達資金は64億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、レジデンス12棟、計95.4億円。これによりSPICの資産規模は25%増の478億円となる見通し。これらに伴い第16期（平成25年10月期）業績予想を修正。12棟取得により従来予想比44%増益。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,300円と従来予想を7.5%上回る見通し。
