スターツプロシード投資法人が第14期（平成24年10月期）決算を発表した。第14期における物件取得はなし。賃貸収益が減少するも支払利息や融資手数料の減少により、前期比4.1%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,998円となった。第15期（平成25年4月期）は、修繕費が増加する一方、支払利息・融資手数料の減少を見込み0.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,020円となる見通し。続く第16期（平成25年10月期）1口当たり分配金は4,000円となる見通し。
