スターツプロシード投資法人が第13期（平成24年4月期）決算を発表した。第13期における物件取得はなし。賃貸事業費用が増加するも、新規契約の礼金収入の増加や金融コストの減少等により、前期比2.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,842円となった。第14期（平成24年10月期）は、引き続き金融コストの減少を見込み、1.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,900円となる見通し。続く第15期（平成25年4月期）1口当たり分配金は3,930円となる見通し。
