スターツプロシード投資法人が第11期（平成23年4月期）決算を発表した。第11期における物件取得はなし。固都税が増加する一方、修繕費やファイナンス費用が減少したこと等により、前期比16%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,770円となった。第12期（平成23年10月期）はこのまま推移すると1.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,720円となる見通し。続く第13期（平成24年4月期）1口当たり分配金は3,780円となる見通し。
