スターツプロシード投資法人が第10期（平成22年10月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、7月27日に東証に上場する一方、10月1日にJASDAQ市場の上場を廃止した。既存物件の賃貸収入減少、修繕費や上場関連費用に伴い前期比11%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,237円となった。第11期（平成23年4月期）は、上場関連費用がなくなることにより13%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,680円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成23年10月期）1口当たり分配金は3,740円となる見通し。
