スターツプロシード投資法人（SPIC）が7月27日に東証に上場することを発表。SPICは現在J-REIT唯一JASDAQ市場に上場しているが、今後の外部成長に向けた資金調達環境の整備、将来的に再編を検討する際の環境整備として、東証へ上場申請した。今後は東証とJASDAQの2市場で売買可能となる。これに伴い、第10期（平成22年10月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正。上記の上場関連費用に伴い、従来予想比16%減の3,214円となる見通し。
