スターツプロシード投資法人が第9期（平成22年4月期）決算を発表した。第9期はレジデンス3棟取得により前期比4.5%増収となるも、固都税や減価償却費の増加、投資法人債発行に伴う支払利息や融資関連費用の増加により15%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,653円となった。第10期（平成22年10月期）は減収を見込むが、固都税や融資関連費用等の減少により5.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,854円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成23年4月期）1口当たり分配金は3,704円となる見通し。
