スターツプロシード投資法人がレジデンス3棟を取得する。3棟の取得額は計18.6億円。10月30日に発行した劣後投資法人債20億円を取得資金に充当する。これに伴い第9期（平成22年4月期）業績予想を修正。物件取得により従来予想比3%増収を見込む一方、借入金や劣後投資法人債発行に伴う支払利息及び融資関連費用の増加により15%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,641円となる見通し。続く第10期（平成22年10月期）は賃貸収入減を見込む一方、固都税や融資関連費用の減少等により前期予想比10%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,020円となる見通し。
