スターツプロシード投資法人が第7期（平成21年4月期）決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はなし。前期比1%増収なるも、賃貸事業費用及び融資関連費用の増加等により、前期比13%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,270円となった。第8期（平成21年10月期）は、賃貸事業費用の減少等により0.7%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,300円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成22年4月期）1口当たり分配金は4,278円となる見通し。
