スターツ・プロシード投資法人が第5期（平成20年4月期）決算を発表した。第5期はレジデンス20棟を取得し、前期比71%増益となる一方、投資口数70%増により、1口当たり分配金は5,494円と、前期と同水準となった。第6期（平成20年10月期）は、平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用が計上されるため10%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,926円となる見通し。
