スターツプロシード投資法人が第4期(平成19年10月期)決算を発表。第4期は、物件の新規取得はなし。平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上により、前期比減収減益、1口当たり分配金は5,437円と前期を6.4%下回った。第5期(平成20年4月期)は、レジデンス20棟を取得し、前期比69%増益を見込む。併せて増資による投資口数70%増に伴い、1口当たり分配金は5,424円と、前期と同水準となる見通し。
