スターツプロシード投資法人が、投資口44,400口の追加発行を行う。これにより発行後の総投資口数は70%増の107,977口となる。調達資金は80億円を見込み、以下の20棟の物件取得資金の一部に充当する。これに伴い第5期（平成20年4月期）の業績予想を公表。投資口が大幅増加するが、取得物件の資金調達には借入金も併用（80億円）するため、分配金水準は第3期（平成19年10月期）の水準を維持する見通し。
