スターツプロシード投資法人が第3期（平成19年4月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、レジデンス17棟を取得し、前期比69%増益となったが、投資口数72%が増加したため、1口当たり分配金は5,812円と、前期を2%下回った。第4期（平成19年10月期）は、このまま推移すると、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用の計上等により、6.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,420円となる見通し。
