スターツプロシード投資法人が第1期（平成18年4月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用期間は、運用を開始した平成17年12月1日からの151日間。第1期は、上場時に25棟のレジデンスを取得し、当期利益90百万円、1口当たり分配金は4,061円となった。第2期（平成18年10月期）は、新たに11棟を取得し、前期比2倍強の増益を見込む一方、投資口数65%の増加に伴い、1口当たり分配金は5,770円となる見通し。
