スターツプロシード投資法人が投資口の追加発行、レジデンス11棟の取得、業績予想の修正を発表

スターツプロシード投資法人（SPI）が投資口の追加発行を行うことを発表。発行口数は13,500口、その他オーバーアロットメントによる売出上限1,000口を予定。これによって総投資口数は最大で36,877口となり、従来の65%増となる。 また併せてレジデンス11棟の取得を発表。11棟の取得額は計4,882百万円。これによって、SPIの資産残高は取得価格ベースで63%増の12,585百万円となる。 これに伴い、第1期（平成18年4月期）及び第2期（平成18年10月期）業績予想を修正。第1期は2%の減益となるも、上場時の第三者割当発行口数が当初予定よりも少なかったため、1口当たり予想分配金は2.5%増の3,976円となる予定。上記投資口の追加発行及び物件取得が影響する第2期は従来予想比58%の増益となり、投資口数が65%増となるも1口当たり予想分配金は5,770円と従来予想と同水準となる見通し。
