アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）が第8期（平成21年12月期）決算を発表した。第8期は物件の取得はなし。既存物件の稼働率低下により賃貸収入が減少する一方、支払利息の増加や日本レジデンシャル投資法人（NRIC）との合併に関する費用計上により前期比9.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,115円となった。第9期の運用期間は、合併による新投資法人設立に伴い平成22年1月～平成22年2月迄の59日間となり、2月24日に上場廃止予定。運用期間の短縮により前期比78%減益、1口当たり分配金は2,700円となる見通し。なお、NRICと合併後の新投資法人（新ADR）は3月1日設立、3月2日に東証上場予定（証券コード3269）。資産規模は直近の鑑定価格ベースの合計で3,490億円と、レジデンス系REITで最大となる。
