アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第6期(平成20年12月期)決算を発表した。第6期は物件の取得はないが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働及び稼働率の上昇により前期比10%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,515円となった。第7期(平成21年6月期)は、0.6%増収を見込む一方、支払利息の増加等により14%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,300円となる見通し。
