アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第5期（平成20年6月期）決算を発表した。第5期は9棟取得により前期比4.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,087円となった。第6期（平成20年12月期）は前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により6.2%増収を見込む一方、支払利息の増加等により3.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,600円となる見通し。
