アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第4期（平成19年12月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、9棟取得及び2棟売却を行い、前期比1.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,523円となった。併せて、レジデンス5棟の取得を発表。5棟の取得額は計50億円。これに伴い、第5期（平成20年6月期）は14%増収を見込む一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、7.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,500円となる見通し。
