アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第3期（平成19年6月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、4棟取得及び3棟売却を実施、新規物件の賃貸収益及び物件売却益寄与し、前期比33%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,323円となった。第4期（平成19年12月期）は、5棟取得及び3棟売却を予定。物件売却益が減少するため、前期比6%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,500円となる見通し。
