アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が格付投資情報センター（R＆I）より発行体格付けを取得した。格付けはA。アウトルックは安定的。R＆I社によれば、資産規模が小さいが、住居タイプや物件・テナントが分散されていること、オリジネーターの伊藤忠グループの開発マンションを継続的に取得できるバックアップ体制などを反映している。現在LTVが50%半ばだが、適切なタイミングで増資を行い資産規模が順調に拡大できれば、住宅セクターで主要な地位を占める可能性もあるとする。
