アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第1期（平成18年6月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用期間は、上場日（平成17年11月22日）からの221日間。第1期は、上場時に25棟、その後4棟を取得し、上場時の業績予想に対し16%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,335円となった。第2期は通常の半年決算となり、新規1棟取得の収益を加算し、当期利益は643百万円、1口当たり分配金は12,100円となる見通し。併せて第3期の予想も第2期と同様の前提を元に公表。第2期取得予定物件の通期稼働が寄与するもののその影響は小さく、当期利益647百万円、1口当たり分配金12,170円を予想。
