阪急リート投資法人が、第22期(平成28年5月期)業績予想を修正した。第22期は、4月に「難波阪神ビル」と「リッチモンドホテル浜松」を売却。難波阪神ビルの売却損629百万円と、リッチモンドホテル浜松の売却益731百万円を相殺し、差引き売却益102百万円計上により、1月に公表した業績予想に対し5.8%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。
