阪急リート投資法人が、第20期（平成27年5月期）決算を発表した。第20期の物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働等により、前期比1.2％増益。投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は2,567円（分割前換算12,835円）となった。期末のポートフォリオは23物件、資産規模（取得額計）は1,393億円、有利子負債比率は42.9％。第21期（平成27年11月期）は、前期比増収を見込むも、固都税の増加等により、0.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,550円となる見通し。
