阪急リート投資法人が第19期（平成26年11月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、商業施設及び底地の計4件を取得。これにより前期比15.6％増益。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は12,685円と前期を1.8％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは23棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,443億円、有利子負債比率は42.9％。第20期（平成27年5月期）は、増収となる一方、修繕費や資産運用報酬の増加により前期比0.3％減益を見込む。投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は2,530円（分割前換算12,650円）となる見通し。なお、ホテルの投資割合が現在9.4％と投資方針の上限10％へ近付いているため、上限20％へ変更する。
