阪急リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は13,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,300口。これにより発行後の投資口数は13.6％増の119,500口となる。調達額は約72億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件等の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、京都及び神戸の商業施設4件（うち3件は敷地）、4件の取得額は計114.7億円、平均NOI利回りは5.4％。これにより資産規模は9％増の1,393億円となる。これらに伴い第19期（平成26年11月期）業績予想を発表。4件取得により前期予想比14.5%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は12,400円と前期予想を0.8％上回る見通し。
