阪急リート投資法人が第16期（平成25年5月期）決算を発表した。第16期は、スポンサーと物件入替えをおこなった。物件売却益3,492百万と売却損3,470百万円を相殺するも、売却分の賃貸収益がなくなったことから、前期比3.5%減益、1口当たり実績分配金は11,806円となった。第17期（平成25年11月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、底地2件を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期寄与等により前期比32%増益、投資口数が23%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,700円と前期を7.6%上回る見通し。
