阪急リート投資法人が第15期(平成24年11月期)決算を発表した。第15期はイオンモール堺北花田(敷地)を保有するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を追加取得。保有物件の賃貸収入の減少により前期比0.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,228円となった。第16期(平成25年5月期)は、テナント入替に伴う賃貸収入の減少及び修繕費の増加を見込み、6%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,500円となる見通し。
