阪急リート投資法人が第14期(平成24年5月期)決算を発表した。第14期における物件取得はなし。テナント退去に伴う減収により前期比2.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,324円となった。第15期(平成24年11月期)は、イオンモール堺北花田(敷地)を運用資産とする匿名組合出資持分20%を追加取得。既存物件のテナント退去や賃料減額による減収、賃貸事業費用の増加等を見込み、2.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。
