阪急リート投資法人が第13期（平成23年11月期）決算を発表した。第13期は、商業施設の敷地の匿名組合へ出資。賃貸収入が減少する一方、支払利息の減少により、当期利益は1,083百万円と前期と変らず、1口当たり分配金は12,688円となった。第14期（平成24年5月期）は、テナント退去に伴う減収及び営業費用の増加等により前期比5.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。
