阪急リート投資法人が第12期（平成23年5月期）決算を発表した。第12期における物件の取得はなし。水道光熱費の減少等により前期比2.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,694円となった。第13期（平成23年11月期）は、大阪の商業施設を保有する合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得。水道光熱費の増加等により3.1%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,300円となる見通し。
