阪急リート投資法人（HRI）が合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する合意書を締結した。合同会社は大阪堺市の商業施設敷地を保有している。HRIの匿名組合出資割合は10%、出資額は372百万円。またHRIのスポンサーである阪急電鉄も当該合同会社へ一部出資する予定。
