阪急リート投資法人が第11期(平成22年11月期)決算を発表した。第11期は物件の取得はなし。保有物件の賃貸収入が減少する一方、賃貸費用の増加により前期比13%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,415円となった。第12期(平成23年5月期)は、減収及びPMフィーの増加等を見込み3.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。
