阪急リート投資法人が第9期（平成21年11月期）決算を発表した。第9期は2棟（うち1棟は共有持分）を売却した。物件売却損により前期比33%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,611円となった。第10期（平成22年5月期）は、前期の物件売却により賃貸収入が減少するも物件売却損がなくなることにより12%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,000円となる見通し。
