阪急リート投資法人が第8期（平成21年5月期）決算を発表した。第8期は5棟取得により前期比13%増益、1口当たり実績分配金は17,365円となった。第9期（平成21年11月期）は、増収となるも商業施設の改修工事、固都税の増加等により18%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は14,100円となる見通し。
