阪急リート投資法人が第7期（平成20年11月期）決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はないが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比2.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,342円となった。併せて、オフィスビル、ホテル等4棟を取得することを発表。4棟の取得額は計189億円。借入れ190億円を取得資金に充当する。第8期（平成21年5月期）はこれら物件取得による賃貸収益増により前期比7.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,500円となる見通し。
