阪急リート投資法人が第6期（平成20年5月期）決算を発表した。第6期はオフィスビル2棟を取得し、前期比10.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,990円となった。第7期（平成20年11月期）は前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により13.5%増収を見込む。1口当たり分配金は15,000円と、前期と同水準となる見通し。
