阪急リート投資法人が第5期(平成19年11月期)決算を発表した。第5期はオフィスビル1棟(共有持分)を取得し、前期比11.7%増益となるも、投資口数23%増加により、1口当たり分配金は13,572円と前期を9%下回った。第6期(平成20年5月期)は、都内のオフィスビル1棟取得により前期比3.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,100円となる見通し。
