阪急リート投資法人（HRI）が品川区のオフィスビル「スフィアタワー天王洲」の一部を取得する。物件は、東京モノレール天王洲アイル駅に直結する平成5年竣工27階建てオフィスビル。HRIは準共有持分33%を取得する。現在の一棟全体のテナントは24社、稼働率は97.7%。売り主はグローバル・ワン不動産投資法人（GOR）。残余持分67%はGORが引き続き保有する。今回の取得により、HRIのポートフォリオは11%増の1,016億円となる。6月の増資で調達した200億円超は借入金返済に充てられていたが、今回の取得で半分程度使用したことになる。
