阪急リート投資法人が第4期（平成19年5月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、商業施設1棟を取得し、前期比9%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,955円となった。第5期（平成19年11月期）は、5%増益となる一方、増資に伴う投資口数23%増加により、1口当たり分配金は12,800円と、14%下回る見通し。
